Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By accessing webrise.com.au or subscribing to a WebRise plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services
WebRise provides digital marketing services on a monthly subscription basis. Specific deliverables are outlined per plan (Starter, Value, Premium) and confirmed in your onboarding brief.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in AUD via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. GST is calculated and collected where applicable. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity, and not to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.
6. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced for you become yours upon full payment. Our underlying tools, methodologies, and templates remain the property of WebRise.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
