Refund Policy

1. Monthly subscriptions

WebRise plans are billed monthly in advance. Because work begins immediately on each new billing cycle (strategy, production, ad spend management), monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your account billing portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a period.

3. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you have been charged twice or charged in error, contact us within 14 days at strategy@webrise.com.au with your receipt and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

4. Service failure

If we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope of your plan within a billing cycle and cannot remedy it, you may request a pro-rata credit toward the following month or a refund of the affected portion at our discretion.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights to a remedy where services are not provided with due care and skill.

6. How to request

Email strategy@webrise.com.au with your account email and the charge in question. We respond within 3 business days.
